The personal data entered in the forms available for download in this section (for example Request for quotation, Company data changes, Complaints and appeals) and in any subsequent communications sent by e-mail will be processed by FAKT Certification Services S.r.l., as Data Controller, exclusively in order to:
- manage and assess incoming requests for certification or support;
- update customers’ contractual and administrative data;
- handle any complaints and appeals relating to the services provided;
- comply with legal obligations and requests from the competent Authorities;
- protect the rights of the Data Controller in judicial or out-of-court proceedings.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and as described in detail in the website privacy notice, which explains the purposes and legal bases of the processing, the data retention periods, the categories of recipients and the rights granted to data subjects.
